About Us
gepcoobill.pk is a free tool for looking up GEPCO electricity bills. Enter the Reference No or Customer ID from any older bill and your current bill opens directly on the official PITC portal at bill.pitc.com.pk. Nothing else is required — no account, no registration, no email address.
What this site does
Three things, and only three.
- Bill lookup. The tool formats your number, strips out spaces, dashes and trailing letters, checks the length, and passes it to the government portal where your bill is generated.
- Bill estimation. The calculator works out an approximate bill from units consumed, using the current NEPRA tariff.
- Explanation. Written guides covering what each field on your bill means, how the slab system works, how to recover a lost reference number, and how to apply for a new connection.
How the information here is kept accurate
Tariff rates are taken from the NEPRA notification itself, and the S.R.O. number and the date it was checked are printed under every rate table. When rates change, the tables and the date change with them.
Bill fields — Consumer Detail, Meter Info, Bill Charges Breakdown, Bill History, the meter photograph, the QR codes — are described from an actual GEPCO bill, not from a generic template. Sample images are redacted before publication.
Contact numbers, portal behaviour and process steps are checked against the official sources before they go on the page.
What this site is not
It is not GEPCO’s website. It is not run by GEPCO, PITC, NEPRA or WAPDA, and it has no connection to any of them. GEPCO’s official site is gepco.com.pk.
It does not take payments. It cannot register complaints, change your meter, alter your tariff category or resolve a billing dispute. Those go through GEPCO’s own channels.
The calculator produces an estimate. The amount printed on your bill is the amount you owe.
Why it exists
To make one thing quick that is otherwise slower than it needs to be, and to explain the parts of a GEPCO bill that are genuinely confusing.
